Pet Policy

Cats are welcome at Cherry Hill Company properties with a $200.00 Pet Deposit. Cats must remain indoors at all times unless accompanied by the owner outside. Cats must also be spayed or neutered.
Litter boxes must remain clean and free of any odors. If the carpets or apartment is damaged as a result of the pet, the Tenant will be liable for the cost of the repairs.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but dogs are not welcome at this time.
